My client is looking for a Senior Wind Analyst, based in Dublin to help drive this part of the company forward.

Joining this team you will work on immediate client needs. Working both nationally and internationally, you will be responsible for all aspects of wind projects; areas of focus will include:

  • Utilisation of wind analysis software packages
  • Recommendation of WTG selection for wind farm site
  • Wind farm layout and optimisation
  • Preparation of and review of energy yield reports
  • Collating validation and analysis of wind resource and meteorically data
  • Modelling

The successful candidate will have a high level of skill in wind analysis and energy yield prediction. An ability to balance attention to detail with engineering judgement, you will be educated in engineering / physics / science to degree (or equivalent) level and you will have excellent analytical and IT skills. Turbine Engineer

Dublin/Leeds | Circa £35k

We are currently looking for an engineer to join our client’s site just outside Dublin for an 18 month period before returning to their head offices in Leeds.

As a leader in the power generation industry specialising in the construction of highly efficient gas turbines they now require a warranty engineer to co-ordinate and manage all warranty issues associated with their gas turbines within a power plant in Dublin. You will be based on the site for eighteen months and will be the primary point of contact for the client for all areas surrounding warranties of equipment.

You will be liaising with the client and the project teams on operational and maintenance issues concerning the company's turbines so must have good experience within a Warranty Engineers role with turbines with the power generation sector. You will need to have a very professional manner and be able to engage with all stake holders in the process be that contractors, designers and senior management.

You will be ideally degree qualified in an Engineering discipline and have a number of years experience working with large power station Gas Turbines, ideally in a Warranty Engineer role. You will also have experience of troubleshooting, repair and maintenance of power generation equipment such as gas turbines, steam turbines and rotating equipment.

Electrical Engineer – Wind Turbine Development

The primary responsibility of this position is to successfully develop their first European off-shore project.
